| Mitchell
C. Littman is a founding partner of the law firm of Littman Krooks
LLP, a mid-size law firm with offices in New York City and White Plains,
New York. Mr. Littman heads the firm's corporate department, specializing
in securities and broker dealer matters, venture capital, hedge funds,
mergers and acquisitions and not for profit organizations. Mr. Littman
has served as general counsel to Baby Buggy Inc. on a pro bono basis
since the summer of 2002. Previously Mr. Littman served as general
counsel to the New York Academy of Art, a graduate school located
in lower Manhattan, on a pro bono basis, from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Littman is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Committees on Corporations and Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Littman was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984, and to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in 1985. Mr. Littman received his B.A. degree in 1980 with distinction, cum laude, from the University of Rochester. He received his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1983, where he served as Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law from 1982 to 1983. Mr. Littman has authored several articles on matters dealing with corporate law. Mr. Littman lives in Westchester County with his wife and three children. |
